  • This appears to be a fairly prolific UPE or group of UPEs. Checkusers can see ticket:2022011210000899 and ticket:2022030310009644 for more identifying information about the UPE and cuwiki for some technical notes. It's possible there's more than one person in play here based on technical evidence. These accounts are all tied to each other through a mix of CU evidence and behavior as noted in the tickets. Courtesy ping TheresNoTime, you locked two of these already as xwiki spammers; technical evidence is quite strong that these are all related. I have suspicions about a couple other accounts (including one that appears to be a fairly prolific editor!) but evidence is not strong enough to name them, much less block.  Blocked and tagged, putting case on hold for TNT to take a look before archiving (since we might want to rename and tack on the other xwiki locked socks). Suspected sockpuppets

UPE started his work about Otten here, User:Sabel Naveen/sandbox. After receiving a block, they recreated under another account Karemsingh and have since then used to promote Otten (first posting it live and then in draftspace Draft:Herman Otten (actor)). I have an off-wiki evidence that some other accounts such as User:ReddyMaine7 (blocked by Bilby) and User:Isla_Oliver are part of this sockfarm (checkuser would confirm this).   • Kareemsingh is a low  Likely - same range and common UA as past Hammad Chaudhry socks, but on a busy range. The overlap is enough for me to block. Isla Oliver is also same range but I'd say it's an even less certain match than Kareemsingh. ReddyMaine7 is no better than  Possible. GeneralNotability (talk) 22:16, 12 July 2022 (UTC)[reply]
