Suspected sockpuppets

On December 28, 2018, Kawhilaugh42 was banned (technically, "blocked indefinitely") for "Vandalism." This came after weeks of disruptive edits and abusive behavior, including ad hominem attacks against those who sought to maintain a NPOV on articles in which the State of Pakestine was mentioned. Among his favorite targets was List of sovereign states and dependent territories in Asia, where he insintently tried to blur the line between generally recognized sovereign states and the State of Palestine, whose sovereignty is disputed, whose application for UN membership was rejected and which is not recognized by any G7 country nor by most other large economies. Kawhilaugh42 also made biased edits in other articles and presented the status of the State of Palestine in a way that violated NPOV.

On January 9, 2019, less than two weeks after Kawhilaugh42 was banned, a new editor (named "Do laima") signed up and started making the exact same kind of edits as Kawhilaugh42 did before he was banned. Not only has Do laima been editing article so as to present misleadingly that the State of Palestine has the same level of international recognition as do UN member states, but he made identical edits to List of Sovereign States and Dependent Territories in Asia as Kawhilaugh42 kept making. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_sovereign_states_and_dependent_territories_in_Asia. Do laima's first two days of editing (January 9-10) are indistinguishable from any two-day period of editing by Kawhilaugh42, except that Do laima has not engaged in ad hominem attacks (at least not yet). Compare Do laima's contributions here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Do_laima to those of Kawhilaugh42: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:Contributions/Kawhilaugh42.

In conclusion, for the reasons stated above, I strongly suspect that Do laima is a sockpuppet of banned editor Kawhilaugh42. AuH2ORepublican (talk) 04:17, 10 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Update: If there was any doubt that the editor using the name Do laima is the same person who used to go by Kawhilaugh42, Do laima recently was warned by another editor that he was in violation of the rules for edits concerning the Arab-Israeli conflict, and Do laima's response was as defiant and insolent as were Kawhilaugh42's replies whenever anyone brought up that he was in violation of rules (or, more to the point, whenever he didn't get his way with his non-NPOV edits): "ok and??". https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Do_laima AuH2ORepublican (talk) 00:54, 14 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
And now Do laima has reverted his defiant and insolent remark from his Talk page, just as Kawhilaugh42 used to do when he realized that he had messed up. The likelihood that Do kaima and Kawhilaugh42 are the same person must be up to 99% by now. AuH2ORepublican (talk) 05:30, 14 January 2019 (UTC)[reply]
