Suspected sockpuppets/meatpuppets

Here [1] and here [2] Vadcat appears to have ducked in to help make it look like Nepolkanov is not involved in across the board edit warring. He uses the term "delirium" with regards to a user's edit which is exactly what he describes for the same editor by Nepolkanov on talk pages. He is also concerned with the "Grand Duchy of Lithuania and Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth" which is what Nepolkanov was going on about when I first encountered his disruptive edits [3].

Their edit histories are limited to certain topics. Nepolkanov Vadcat

I have given the editor the benefit of the doubt for a very long time but his behavior simply does not line-up with what one would expect from a genuine and sincere consensus building contribute. It is more like Trolling.

Do I have to put a notification on the suspected Puppets walls and if so what is the correct notification to post please? YuHuw (talk) 12:09, 17 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I seem to have made a mistake in choosing the name for this page. The older of the two is actually Nepolkanov whose first edit appears one month before Vadcat's. [4] Vadcat appears to be a "sleeper" account it seems only activated "to assist" when the need arises. YuHuw (talk) 17:12, 17 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Nepolkanov gives the impression of being ignorant about various wiki protocols but today revealed his ignorance is feigned by mentioning some technique on how to avoid a bot warning here [5]. Probably his poor use of English is also feigned. This shows the same level of inner wiki workings that another wiki editor has displayed namely User:Toddy1 whose contributions [6] show despite other interests, he always works together with Nepolkanov at the same time on the areas Nepolkanov is interested. Toddy1 has discussed on talk pages how he was nearly caught in the past and has learned to be very careful since. Toddy1 often finishes the sentences for Nepolkanov or answers for Nepolkanov [7]. As you can see when I asked Toddy1 if he was related to Nepolkanov he only emphasized that his answer was a smile [8] while in the past when I asked Nepolkanov the same question no response came. Thus I have included Toddy1 as a suspected sock-puppet too. In fact he is probably the puppet master.

Certainly their behavior (canvassing and planning together too many examples to list but here are a few recent ones [9] [10] [11] [12] and some old ones which were nto too difficult to find [13] [14] [15] [16] to show it has a long history and they always call everyone including Admins [17], [18], [19], [20] who threatens their hegemony "Kaz" like it is some sort of code-word) illustrates beyond any shadow of doubt that they are a meat puppet team at the very least. User:Warshy should also be included as one of the meat puppets as he shows he only ever follows instructions from Toddy1 on the same list of topics which Nepolkaov's edit history is focused on. YuHuw (talk) 06:49, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

As you can see from the above canvassing links (e.g. [21]) User:79.68.139.189 is also involved in the meat-puppetry. He shares the same style as Toddy1 on talk pages and edit summaries [22][23].

Possibly not logged into the right account maybe one of the puppets made this edit (no hard feelings) and these ones and these ones, and this one The editors also have a history of working together with known and now blocked sockpuppets of User:I_B_Wright (e.g. here and here and extensively with User:Ancientsteppe especially visible in this history [24]. YuHuw (talk) 07:07, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Since User:Ancientsteppe's and User:I_B_Wright's puppets are involved in this it might unfortunately be necessary to include all of their puppets in the check-user list. Although that would make the list very very long indeed. YuHuw (talk) 17:04, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

That Nepolkanov fakes his poor English skills can be seen in his recent edit here [25]YuHuw (talk) 20:55, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I have no any objection for this CU. But please pay attention that Vadcat is not blocked, so the suggested suspection sockpupetry is meaningless. So I only want here to metion again other investigation that unfortunately without proper admin attention after CU was declined in spite of the huge and growing number of evidences and CU request of at least 4 different users. Unfortunately Vadcat is not between these users. Yuhuw has to notice on Vadcat's page about the investigation he requires. I hope it will cause to Vadcat to be aware about Yuhuw's massive disruptive edits and he will join the effort to stop it Неполканов (talk) 21:24, 18 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

After reading YuHuw's false accusation, I am amazed how much time and effort was put into fanatically trying to prevent people from contributing to Wikipedia. These accusations emerge from a desperate attempt to defend his own beliefs which are completely untrue. He refuses to admit that his edits are wrong and not supported by facts, and goes on to accuse other people without any evidence. It seems that YuHuw is trying to take revenge against anybody who disputes his claims, as evident by constant, unsupported by facts accusations of various people who did nothing wrong and only tried to undo his false edits. I am not Nepolkanov, the reason I edited back to what he wrote he that he is correct, and YuHuw is not. Vadcat (talk) 15:59, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Could you produce some diffs to back up anything you have said above in your defense please? YuHuw (talk) 16:59, 19 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
