The suspect sock account was created four days after User:Vadjihoudine was blocked for a month for consistently ignoring our copyright policies and uploading images without proper information or rationales. User:Vadjihoudine had been previously blocked for 72 hours, but had returned to the same behavior immediately after the block expired. Besides the similarities of behavior, they have uploaded similar content. Several times, the contributor overwrote existing material at File:Vaanam.jpeg; the "new" user has just uploaded yet another: File:Vaanam.jpg. A checkuser would be helpful as the sockpuppet would be evading a block, and establishing definitively if this is the same user will help to determine if we are indeed dealing with somebody who has no intentions of following our image policies.
