Keep since Template:AR talk has transclusions and has a parameter {{{2}}} but Template:Whois does not have a parameter {{{2}}}. However, if parameter {{{2}}} from Template:AR talk can be merged into Template:Whois, then weak merge. Steel1943 (talk) 22:13, 30 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]

I like the tmbox used by anonblock-vandal, but sadly, it's redundant and created by a blocked user. A merge sounds like a better option, as anonblock-vandal uses the standardized coffeeroll format and anonblock uses the format used by schoolblock and checkuserblock in 2008. I've redirected
