  • Preparations are underway for an evolution and history of biology Main Page extravaganza on
    Origin of Species
    to Featured Article status in time for its publication anniversary in November 2009.
  • In the past 6 months, article assessment for the
    HistSci
    }} banner, 661 (up from 541) of which have been assessed. Many relevant articles, particularly biographies, remained untagged. Please help identify and assess more history of science articles.

About this newsletter

This is the fifth issue of the History of Science WikiProject's newsletter, which is issued periodically to help keep participants up-to-date about Wikipedia goings on related to the histories of science, medicine and technology.

I encourage all members to get more involved and if you are wondering what with, please ask.
