requests
for articles to be copyedited. Before requesting a copyedit, editors should be aware that articles must meet certain conditions for that request to be accepted. These conditions are explained below.
- The article must be written in English. The League will not copyedit articles that are written in a language other than English, or those which have been auto-translated into English.
- The article must comply with the major stylistic requirements of the WP:MUSTARDfor music-related articles).
- The article must be free from major content issues. The League exists to polish the prose of an article towards the "compelling, even brilliant" level found in cleanup tags:
- {{NPOV}}
- {{disputed}}
- {{Notability}}
- {{Unreferenced}}
- {{Original research}}
- {{In-universe}}
- {{Expert}}
- {{Refi mprove}}
- Any other tag which would require considerable alteration to the article to remedy.
- {{
- The article must be stable. That is, it does not change significantly from day to day and is not the subject of an ongoing edit war.
