Requests for fanon/canon verification

Fanon or canon? Deckiller 21:05, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Krettch is undoubtedly bogus. The other three are apparently legit (Wookieepedia searches found solid hits for each). --BinaryTed 21:36, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Okay, I'm going to DB Krettch. Deckiller 21:38, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The other three need a lot of work though. Jedi6 04:29, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Star_wars_episode_VII:_The_Fallen_Hero. This smells like utter BS, as Lucas has been saying consistently (recently, at least) that there will never be an episode 7, and article author doesn't say anything about how he got this. --BinaryTed 18:13, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
The whole article is lifted from supershadow.com. No idea on whether the script is genuine, but it's probably a copyvio either way. -- wacko2 23:12, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
If the source is supershadow, odds are it's a hoax. I added the hoax template to that page... if something doesn't come along to substantiate it quickly I'll probably go with prod.--BinaryTed 04:34, 1 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Article has been deleted. --BinaryTed 18:33, 1 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Apparently real, as Jeisel can be found atStar Wars.com
Okay, striking off and adding to archive. Deckiller 19:16, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Apparently real, as Jeisel can be found at Star Wars.com Dark jedi requiem 19:28, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Also Apparently real, as Tsui Choi can be found at [http://www.starwars.com/eu/lit/comics/news20000621.html Star Wars.com} Dark jedi requiem 19:28, 4 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Again Star Wars.com has it.

    ]
    He's the guy who says "I have the death sentence in 12 systems" in the cantina ANH. --BinaryTed 17:05, 2 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    This doesn't merit its own article, it should be merged with its appropriate plot summary. Unless it's something else I'm thinking of :) Deckiller 20:43, 26 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    I dunno. It's pretty well covered in
    (talk) contribs 20:45, 26 February 2006 (UTC)[reply
    ]
    It doesn't need its own article and anyway we are trying to get rid/merge all of these single battle articles. Jedi6 00:24, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    Wookiepedia has a lengthy article on it. I thought it should have a place after noticing when I tried linking to it in the
    Zsinj, Ta'a Chume, Teneniel Djo ect. and it having a red link. Dark jedi requiem 05:06, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply
    ]
    There is still plenty of room in the other articles for it though. Jedi6 05:42, 27 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    We're also not Wookieepedia. The content of Wookieepedia does not need to mirror the content of Wikipedia. – Mipadi 15:57, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    True. But we'd be fools not to take advantage of their good work. --

  • Articles needing sourcesRule of Two
  • Kooriva. While Wookieepedia substantiates Kooriva as being at least part of the [Corporate Alliance], neither our entry on General Grievous nor the Wookieepedia entry can substantiate the claim he's from Kooriva. --BinaryTed 15:29, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • According to the Star Wars Databank, Grievous' homeworld is Kalee. The fictitious Kooriva claim should be removed. -- wacko2 23:31, 28 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    Removed that sentence and merged the rest into List of Star Wars planets (K-L). --BinaryTed 04:37, 1 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

    Articles/lists to be expanded
  • Tutmosis 23:21, 24 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • It should probably be merged into a future "List of Imperial soldier classes" or something. Deckiller 04:14, 26 February 2006 (UTC)[reply

    Articles to be moved
    Move. In terms of correctness, Star Wars: Jedi Apprentice would be better. —Mirlen 02:16, 13 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    I went ahead and moved it, since a redirect will form anyway.
    Organa family to House of Organa? —Mirlen 02:14, 13 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    It'd be more correct and proper. —Mirlen 02:18, 13 February 2006 (UTC)[reply
    ]
    I can't recall seeing very many references to "House of foo" in the EU, although I haven't read much in the way of Yuuzan Vong or pre-Clone Wars fiction. - A Man In Bl♟ck (conspire | past ops) 03:21, 13 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    I think they are best as they are - I've never heard them mentioned in the latter form. -Xol 01:15, 14 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    Yeah, I think they're fine with the current names. Deckiller 01:17, 14 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    There appears to be no real support for this proposition, so I'm putting it in the archive. --

    • The following Jedi Apprentice items may need some cleanup. THEY ALSO NEED TO BE WIKIFIED, BECAUSE I FAILED TO WIKIFY THEM YESTERDAY (KICKS HIMSELF). Deckiller.
    Wikifying now largely done. -- wacko2 05:09, 2 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]
