History of psychology, mostly Western. Capstone course for graduating majors. The Wikipedia writing project takes the place of a term paper. Students learn Wikipedia editing, choose (or create) a Wikipedia article relating to the history of psychology, and work to improve/develop that article over the course of a semester. This will be the 11th time I've done a Wikipedia project in this course.

In class - Introduction to the Wikipedia assignment
  • Welcome to the timeline for the class project. Even though we are past the first week, I am "backfilling" with some instructions. Remember, I gave a lecture on Wikipedia writing  projects during the second class.

Please take time to read through the brochures (links below) on editing and evaluating  Wikipedia. Your week 2 assignment will be to complete the first training modules.

This course has been assigned a Wikipedia Expert. You can reach them through the Get Help button at the top of this page.
