Thank you!

I would thank God for causing me all that suffering either in family, education, business or in religion. I find it difficult thanking my parents or even ancestors for ensuring that I will die - when I can thank my parents or even ancestors that I will die, especially when some of them are - eventually all of them will be - dead, somebody else may understand why

Shakyamuni Buddha
threw His queen away.

Good Lord, I love my girls, whether You are God or Buddha, whether the girls are my squeezes or my crushes, whether who are Christians or Buddhists, I am alright suffering for nothing in particular, may one and all be well, happy, safe, and peaceful, in particularly the young one - I have got a bunch of old folks behind me, some are retrenched, some are divorced, some are widowed, some are retired, whether in terms of employment or marriage in the Buddha's words approximately in the Diamond Sutra, "All conditioned phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, shadows, dew and lightning such is how one should reflect and observe", it will please me if especially my young ones are getting employed and married etc etc etc, as far as my old ones are concerned I can neither object their employments and marriages, nor can I suggest that I can safeguard or guarantee what they have built each day that we suffer and each day that we age .. Janet Soskice

Wikipedia does have an article on Janet Soskice. There, her article is just given as "Janet Soskice" which might explain why under "Christianity (People)" her name as "Janet Martin Soskice" is still in red letters. Vorbee (talk) 10:11, 31 August 2017 (UTC)[reply]
