1. I have not received my issue and it's past the 20th, is there something wrong?

Answer: Hello, due to TWW having only 1 editor who sends the issue and does most of the writing, the editor is very busy with school and real life, and thus cannot send the paper in time, I am sorry for the inconvenience if this happens, but please hang tight and the newsletter will be sent to you really soon. Thank you for your understanding

2. Any other ways to get the issue?

Answer: Right now, mass message is the only way. Though we are looking at other ways for people to receive it in other methods.
