This is massive, maybe this should first be sought out in full, but I would suggest then a swift  Defer to Local blacklist (or maybe even a  Defer to Global blacklist). I will poke COIBot for the reports on these, lets see what else comes up. --Dirk Beetstra T C 13:45, 12 April 2010 (UTC)
