I'm guessing InnovationsInterns has a coi, but definitely the ip. I've removed all InnovationsInterns's edits, which were to add information from their current surveys.
The ip's edits are mixed. Some, like [8] are undeniably linkspam. Others, like [9], aren't so clear.
I'm guessing that the 298 links may indicate there are other such accounts and ips. Thoughts? --
