User and anonymous IP address adding links to a scam website on the FarmVille page, claiming it to be a typo fix in the summary. UPDATE: I reverted the edits but another user, an obvious sockpuppet, came back using the name of Farmvillebonuscollector, the same name as the scammy website. Again I'm not entirely sure what course of action to take here as I'm not very experienced with this sort of thing and am unsure what warning to put, where to report, etc.

I'm not familiar with how the process works but how does one go about getting a link blacklisted? I'd like to start a discussion on whether or not WP providing a link to the website could ever be positive. I think not but that's just my opinion. Tricky, indeed. But lets define it different, quite some of the additions do fail

WP:NOT#DIRECTORY

They either don't add, are not directly linked, are not giving any information on the subject but rather examples, etc. etc. I would, kindly though firmly, suggest the editor to stop with what they are doing in this way, and have a read through our policies and guidelines. Having said that, I will leave the editor a welcome template and such a suggestion.

This site is spammed across a large number of Wikipedia articles. It is a low-quality directory of gardens open to the public. Most entries contain far more information on nearby hotels than they do on the garden itself. The commercial focus of the site and the imbalance between content and advertising make me think that it should be blacklisted and subsequently removed from all articles. --

ScanScout and Crunchbase

Not sure if these are being spammed or not. They seem to be connected. Crunchbase is a routine wiki-based commercial listings site on tech companies. It's hard to be sure if it is an especially valuable or useful external link to help users reading about companies in Wikipedia.

Cookie-cutter websites spammed by single user

All six websites, spammed by the same user, mostly masquerading as references. All six websites have been constructed using the same tool, and use the same basic page layout. Just view the page source and you will see exactly what I mean. The meta tags have the same layout. The same "xsp_styles.Css" stylesheet is called by each website. The exact same table-based layout is used. I think this 100% alignment between all six websites by a user whose only contribution has been to add these sites, shows a clear promotional intent. Amazon has launched it’s own shortened URL amzn.to ,When you login on amazon you'll see "Share on twitter" icon on top of every page,it's shortened url for share on twitter with the domain amzn.to/.
