Not sure that this is spam? "New Polish keyboard"

Material about a "new Polish keyboard since 2021" is being added to various articles, notably QWERTY, citing a Reddit post (obviously not an RS). Editor responsible is tQqq1000 (who has a 'chequered' history, see user talk:Qqq1000*) and an IP editor, 5.173.140.53. I don't understand Polish but it would seem obvious that there would be better citations than Reddit if there is a new Polish standard. I suspect a spoof but it is more characteristic of spam.

I hope my concerns are misplaced and that it is just a language issue. --

Printer drivers

Various IPs keep spamming links to that website. Mainly to subject-related articles (e.g. Printer driver or Device driver) but also to entirely unrelated ones like Travel London. – NJD-DE (talk) 11:01, 15 August 2021 (UTC)

The current link redirects to a spam/malicious website. I'm not sure if this was originally added as a spam link (since the only addition I've seen of it was here), but it's definitely spam now.

Flight handling spam

This link has repeatedly been ref spammed. It started at the end of March, then started again in May and June, and popped up again yesterday.
