Biography

Born on 6 June 1868, William St Colum Bland was educated at

Ministry of Munitions between 1916 and 1919.[1][3]

Brigadier General William St Colum Bland was appointed a Companion of the Order of the Bath in 1917, and a Companion of the Order of St Michael and St George in 1919.[4] He retired from the British Army in 1920 and died on 9 February 1950, aged 81.
