Yakov Abramovich Popok

Yakov Abramovich Popok (1894–1938) served as the fifth

Anna Mukhamedov held his position for two days, until a replacement, Yakov Chubin
, was selected.

He was posthumously rehabilitated in the years following Stalin's death.
