The 1928 Ole Miss Rebels football team represented the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss) as a member of the Southern Conference (SoCon) during the 1928 college football season. Led by fourth-year head coach Homer Hazel, the Rebels compiled an overall record of 5–4 with a mark of 3–3 in conference play, and finished tenth in the SoCon.[1] Gee Walker and Thad Vann were on the team.
