Early years

Burbridge attended Harrison High School in Farmington Hills, Michigan. He was rated by Rivals.com as a four-star recruit and committed to Michigan State University to play college football.[1][2]

College career

As a

touchdowns.[3] He had 22 receptions for 194 yards as a sophomore in 2013 and 29 receptions for 358 yards and one touchdown as a junior in 2014.[4] Burbridge became Michigan State's number one receiver in 2015.[5][6][7] He was named the Big Ten Conference wide receiver of the year in 2015.[8][9]

waived/injured by the 49ers and was placed on injured reserve.[14] He was released on September 12, 2018. He was re-signed to the practice squad on October 23, 2018.[15] He was released on November 1, 2018.[16]

Denver Broncos

On January 24, 2019, Burbridge signed a reserve/future contract with the Denver Broncos.[17] He announced his retirement from the NFL on July 17, 2019.[18]
