Arjun Panditrao Khotkar (born 1 January 1962) is a

Jalna (Vidhan Sabha constituency), Maharashtra, India as a member of Shiv Sena. He was appointed Maharashtra's minister of state for Textile, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, and Fisheries in July, 2016.[3][4] He has been elected for 4 terms in the Maharashtra Legislative Assembly for 1990, 1995, 2004 & 2014.[5][6][7][8] He was Minister of state in Shiv Sena Government 1999.[9] On 25 November 2017 his 2014 election from Jalna constituency was declared void by Aurangabad Bench of Bombay High Court for filing his nomination papers after deadline has ended.[10]

Justice T V Nalawade of the Aurangabad bench passed the order on an election petition by Kailash Gorantyal of the Congress party who had contested against Khotkar.[11]
