Who is doing the designation?

I'm just looking for a little specifics. Who is designating these organizations as terrorist? The UN? The US? India? Pakistan? --RDavi404 (talk) 20:20, 7 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This would probably be discussed in the individual articles. If there is nothing in an article to indicate who made the designation, then either the article needs better sourcing or the category should be removed from the article. --RL0919 (talk) 03:39, 23 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
