Maria Rosario "Charo" Soriano (born October 14, 1985) is a Filipino volleyball player, coach, and politician. Soriano is one of the founders of Beach Volleyball Republic, an outdoor volleyball tournament, and a board member of the Philippine National Volleyball Federation.[1] She also serves as a city councilor of Tuguegarao since 2022.

Soriano announced on October 6, 2021, that she would be seeking political office as councilor in her hometown,

2022 Philippine local election.[8] She was elected to a three-year term after placing second in the official tally.[9]

On July 25, 2022, she was elected president of the Cagayan chapter of the Philippine Councilors League, making her an ex officio member of the Cagayan Provincial Board.[10]
