Fred Richard Riffle (February 2, 1915 – April 29, 1981) was a professional American football player who played as a back for five seasons for the Philadelphia Eagles and the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Albright College.
Professional career
Riffle was drafted in the second round of the 1938 NFL Draft.
Death
Riffle died on April 29, 1981, in Corning, NY. He was 66 years old.[6]
