Super Labib

At the beginning of 2022, the

Ministry of the Environment's Facebook page in June^[2] to choose a new model for Super Labib. On June 5, 2022

, the ministry unveiled the redesigned mascot as part of the World Environment Day celebrations. The event took place at the urban north botanical garden, reopened to the public after a decade of neglect, in the presence of various ministry representatives.

However, Super Labib elicited mixed reactions. Many critics reproached the ministry for reintroducing the same old mascot with minor modifications, accusing them of neglecting genuine environmental issues.^[3]
