The Episcopal Conference of Angola and São Tomé (Conferência Episcopal de Angola e São Tomé or CEAST) is the
São Tomé and Principe. It has its headquarters in Luanda
. In its pastoral letters, CEAST calls repeatedly for dialogue and social justice.
