Ezra Finzi (Bulgarian: Езра Финци; born 18 October 2007) is a German-French-Bulgarian actor. Since his early start in 2013 as a young child, he has starred in multiple films as a child and teenager.

Early life

Born in Pankow, Berlin on October 18, 2007, to Samuel Finzi and Sorrel Athina Jardine, he is the grandson of actor Itzhak Fintzi. He is of French and Bulgarian-Jewish descent.[1]

In 2013, at the age of 6 years old, he starred as a character named 'Paul' in the movie Aschenbrödel und der gestiefelte Kater along with his father.[2][3] He was also featured on the top half of the movie's film poster.[3][4][5]

Ezra also starred in a TV commercial for Nikon.

Career

Since the beginning of his acting career in 2013, Ezra has starred in a couple few films, alongside other works like TV commercials and trailer videos. Ezra's parents took him to film premieres and other events often as a child.[6] He has played the role Clemens in the movie König Opa (King Grandpa).[7] Ezra has also been involved in the series Kolleginnen, having played the role of Magnus Ostermaier in the Abgetaucht episode.[8][9]

Ezra is still in his school years despite his acting career, as he manages his career alongside education. He is currently enrolled at Barnard Castle School in England until June 2024. He plans on returning to Germany to finish studies before pursuing a career in acting.
