Tahir Heart Institute One of the plans for the near future is the opening of a new 6-storey cardiac institute. The centre is to be named after the fourth Khalifa of the Ahmadiyya Jamaat, Mirza Tahir Ahmad, who died in April 2003 and whose desire it was to have such a centre in Rabwah.
