The original portrait photograph was taken by Evans' son-in-law, the artist
Faber and Faber in UK and by Farrar, Straus and Giroux in US. Gentleman also painted the artwork used for the dust jacket. I would imagine that copyright resides with Gentleman, or with one or both of those two publishers. Martinevans123 (talk) 17:25, 9 July 2015 (UTC)
