-appointed head of the Border and Crossing Authority in Gaza.
Biography
Butihan was a
Israeli bombardment of the Gaza Strip.[4][5] At the time of his death, Butihan was the Hamas-appointed head of the Border and Crossing Authority in Gaza.[6][2]
