Gifan-e Bala (

Romanized as Gīfān-e Bālā; also known as Gīfān and Bālādeh)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Gifan Rural District[4] of Garmkhan District, Bojnord County, North Khorasan province, Iran
.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 575 in 174 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 617 people in 192 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 518 people in 167 households.[2]
