Hadibu (
capital of the Socotra Governorate and the larger eastern district of Socotra's two administrative districts, Hidaybū. Animal husbandry
is the main source of income for the town's inhabitants.
Qalansiyah in the west to Hadibu and then to the DiHamri area in the east. Another paved road runs from the northern to the southern coast, through the Dixsam Plateau.[citation needed
]
The former capital of Socotra, Suq, is located a few kilometers to the east of Hadibu.
