Hamilton Township is a civil township of Gratiot County in the U.S. state of Michigan. As of the 2020 census, the township population was 427.^[3]

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 34.9 square miles (90 km²), of which 34.8 square miles (90 km²) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km²) (0.20%) is water.
