Hardheim is a municipality in the
twinned with Müntschemier in Switzerland and Suippes
in France. Its existence is first mentioned in written form in 1050. The township consists of Hardheim, Ruedental, Schweinberg, Gerichtstetten, Erfeld, Bretzingen, Dornberg, Ruetschdorf, Vollmersdorf and Breitenau.
