Hollis Byron Stephens (born 1932) was the third Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard, serving as the enlisted advisor to the Commandant of the Coast Guard from 1977 to 1981.[1]

He also has the Cutterman Insignia and the Coxswain Insignia.[1]
