IEEE. It was co-founded in 2017 by IEEE Microwave Theory and Technology Society, IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society and IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society. The journal covers the advances in biomedical applications of radio-frequency and microwave engineering. Its editor-in-chief is Y. X. Guo (National University of Singapore).[1]

According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2022 impact factor of 3.2.[2]
