The Japan School of Doha (ドーハ日本人学校, Dōha Nihonjin Gakkō, "Doha Japanese School";
History
The previous Japanese school in Doha, which had opened in 1979 but was eventually closed in 2001 due to lack of students,
It was opened in April 2009 in order to replace the previous Japanese school.
Qatari students became eligible to attend the school as it reopened,
In 2013 there were plans to further expand the school.[10]
