Kjell Knudsen
Kjell Knudsen (23 March 1931 – 2022) was a Norwegian civil servant and politician for the
Labour Party
.
He was born in
Ministry of Social Affairs. He subsequently worked in the secretariat of the Nordic Council of Ministers from 1977 to 1979. He was the director of the National Insurance Administration from 1979 to 1991 before returning to the Ministry of Social Affairs as head of reporting.[1]
