Lachlan Weller (born 23 February 1996) is a professional

Gold Coast Football Club in the Australian Football League (AFL). He previously played for the Fremantle Football Club
from 2015 to 2017.

Personal life

Originally from

Gold Coast Suns Academy, but did not qualify as a priority selection due to not fulfilling the length of residence requirements.[1] During this time, he completed his schooling commitments at All Saints Anglican School on the Gold Coast and played junior football for Broadbeach as well as Southport.[2] He was drafted by Fremantle with their first selection, number 13 overall, in the 2014 AFL draft.[3]
