The Little Chuckwalla Mountains are a mountain range in southeastern
I-10.[3]
Little Chuckwalla Mountains Wilderness
The Little Chuckwalla Mountains Wilderness was established in 1994 by the
wilderness area protects the dry and rugged mountain range that rises to 2,100 feet (640 m).[4] It is mostly in Riverside County with a small portion in Imperial County
.
The area is habitat for
Alverson's foxtail cactus and the barrel cactus.[5]
