Manohar Lal Tekriwal College, Saharsa is a degree college in Saharsa Bihar, India. It is a constituent unit of Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University.[1]

Established in 1952 and situated in a sprawling campus of nearly 17 acres in the very heart of the town with sufficient infrastructural facilities, MLT College, Saharsa (formerly known as Saharsa College, Saharsa) has acquired an enviable position for itself as an institution having the potency for excellence. The college imparts value- aided quality education up to Post-graduate level in many subjects besides running vocational courses such as BCA and Bio-technology. In addition to B.Ed. teaching, the college is also the study centers of IGNOU and Nalanda Open University. Under the jurisdiction of B. N. Mandal University, Madhepura, MLT College, Saharsa is just not another college. Hand in hand with academic proficiency, the pursuit of excellence through proper rehabilitation of humanitarian values in the students, maintaining conducive teaching atmosphere and academic ambience are the ideals aimed at. Vision, values and internal institutional vitality- together they form the core strength. History

Manohar Lal Tekriwal College, Saharsa is a constituent unit of Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University, Madhepura. Manohar Lal Tekriwal College (Old name : Saharsa College) was established on 2 June 1952, in Which Rai Saheb Manohar Lal Tekriwal made a remarkable contribution. On his memory college was named Manohar Lal Tekriwal College from Saharsa College by decission of Bhupendra Narayan Mandal University & State government.[3]
