Millburg is an unincorporated community and, as of 2019, a census-designated place[4][5] in Benton Charter Township near the boundary with Bainbridge Township in Berrien County, Michigan, US. It is situated several miles east of Benton Harbor and just east of the intersection of I-94 and I-196/US 31. It was the site of the first settlement within the township.[6] Settler Jehiel Enos built a saw mill and a grist mill there in 1834 and helped plat the settlement the following year.[7][8] Per the 2020 Census, the population was 578.[9]
