The Northern Hotel is a hotel in Aberdeen, Scotland. The hotel was listed for sale in 2017.[1][2] In September 2022, the hotel was closed however the public bar remained open. The owner blamed the closure on rising energy costs.[3] In April 2024, a developer proposed the conversion of the hotel into 47 student flats.[4]

The hotel is built from concrete and faced with granite. It was constructed in the

Category A in 1990.[5]
