Origins of Life and Evolution of Biospheres is a
RNA world hypothesis and of other possible precursor systems, and the problem of the origin of the genetic code. According to the Journal Citation Reports, the journal has a 2022 impact factor of 2.0.[1]
In January 2024, the journal will be renamed Discover Life and become
gold open access.[2]
