Ortaharman (Kurdish: Mestan) is a village in the Mazgirt District, Tunceli Province, Turkey.[1] The village is populated by Kurds of the Izol tribe and had a population of 102 in 2021.[2][3]
The hamlet of Topraklı is attached to the village.[1]
