Raymond Lucian Mallouf

Mallouf played

After playing for the Cardinals in 1941, Mallouf missed the 1942 through 1945 seasons due to his service in the

—allowed under draft rules at the time—but never played for the Packers.

Mallouf was the first quarterback in NFL history to achieve a perfect passer rating of 158.3, which he achieved on October 17, 1948,[b] when he led the Cardinals to a 63–35 victory over the Giants.[10][11] He completed 14 of 18 passes, totaling 252 yards, along with four touchdowns and no interceptions.[12]
