After signing to Island Records in mid-2011, Osho released "Redemption Days" as his debut single. In May 2012, "Redemption Days" become noticed by mainstream media after Osho performed the track on Later... with Jools Holland. The track became Record of the Week on BBC Radio 1, BBC Radio 2 and BBC Radio 1Xtra as well as being added to the B List of all three major stations.

Music video
A music video to accompany "Redemption Days" was first released onto YouTube on 11 May 2011 at a total length of three minutes and fifty-one seconds. The video opened to very small numbers but by September 2012 it had accumulated over 500,000 views.
