Robert “Bob” Molle (born September 23, 1962) is a Canadian author, speaker and former Olympic freestyle wrestler and professional Canadian Football League (CFL) player.

He was selected to represent Canada at the 1984 Summer Olympics, but suffered a back injury shortly before the tournament that nearly ended his career. Nonetheless, only 18 days after surgery, Molle won a silver medal for Canada as a Super Heavyweight wrestler at the
Writing and Coaching
Since his sports career, Molle has broken away from the World of athleticism to write a book — ‘Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable’. – that he has since parlayed into a career as a motivational speaker which takes him all over North and Central America.[3] Bob's passion for mentorship, coaching and making a 'change' in the lives of others, is his passion. Companies such as SkipTheDishes have hired him to change their culture, as reported by co-founder Jeff Adamson "Bob single handedly turned the Skip culture around at a critical time".
