  • 19:0019:00, 25 February 2021 diff hist −2 m History of the United States Navy→‎Carrier warfare: In the corrected line, the author refers to the "mirror image" of the Atlantic and Pacific submarine warfare but repeats the first comparison in the second rather than introduce the correct information for the second comparison. My corrections are probably what was intended. At any rate U.S. subs didn't battle Japanese ships in the Atlantic.

It is discussed in detail where particular examples of electric submarines are "appropriately discussed". I'm removing it from the intro paragraph and adding the unrepeated details to its later detailed discussion.
  • 13:5613:56, 5 February 2020 diff hist −104 m History of submarinesIt was the beginning of a compound sentence that lacked the second part (incomplete). Had to reread the first few sentences of that paragraph several times to figure out what it was they were trying to say in context. Additionally they re-referenced first electrical powered .... Think it still says everything it said. Also removed "the first fully military capable" as this point is argumentative at best. The criteria for "fully capable" are, at best, vague. Other subs had sunk ships.
