Shopping Center

Houston Premium Outlets is a one-story complex of buildings that sits on 3.6 million square feet (0.34 km2) of total land, located just off of US-290 at the Fairfield Place Drive exit. Immediately surrounding it is the Fairfield community. The mall has 3 wings with a main entrance at its south part.

Outlet stores and retailers include

Aeropostale, Versace, Express Factory Outlet, Sunglass Hut, Kate Spade Outlet, U.S. Polo Assn. Outlet, Calvin Klein, Old Navy Outlet, Zumiez, PacSun, and Claire's.
