Submission declined on 23 January 2024 by Paul W (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. This submission does not appear to be written in the formal tone expected of an encyclopedia article. Entries should be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources. Please rewrite your submission in a more encyclopedic format. Please make sure to avoid peacock terms that promote the subject.

- Comment: Subject may be notable (see ) 21:31, 23 January 2024 (UTC)
- Comment: Needs to be still more neutral and factual in tone:
"instrumental in establishing..."
,"meticulously analysed"
,"prominently featured"
– whose words are all thesepeacock terms? Also, this reads like a CV/resume. We don't need to know every single training course he's been on, or every minor award he's received. Focus on the things that make him notable. DoubleGrazing (talk) 09:01, 17 December 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: Suggested improvements:1. The use of tables is not per MOS, please turn into lists instead.2. Remove all external links from body text. With the exception of one optional link in the infobox, there should be no external links before the 'References' section.3. Remove boldface from the 'Awards' section. Bold should not be used to highlight items.4. Section headings should be in *Sentence case*, not *Title Case*.-- DoubleGrazing (talk) 08:52, 17 December 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: I'm not sure if this passes NACADEMIC or not but the tone needs to be more neutral. ~WikiOriginal-9~ (talk) 04:38, 29 November 2023 (UTC)
